Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how you can ask Krutyug AI Private Limited to delete personal data connected with Prabhuji or another service that links to this page.
You may ask us to delete your account and personal data associated with it, including profile details, contact information, preferences, user-provided content, and support history, subject to applicable law and the retention exceptions described below.
Email contact@krutyug.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the product name, the email address or phone number linked to your account, and enough information for us to locate the account. You may also call +91 86186 24830 for assistance. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, or one-time passwords.
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify control of the account or confirm limited identifying information already associated with it. We will use verification information only to process and document the request.
We will acknowledge the request, review its scope, and complete eligible deletion within the period required by applicable law. If we need clarification, cannot verify the request, or must retain particular records, we will explain the next step or relevant limitation.
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or enforcement obligations. We may also retain anonymised information that can no longer identify you. Residual copies in protected backups are isolated from ordinary use and removed through the normal backup lifecycle unless retention is legally required.
Deleting data from our systems does not automatically delete information held independently by an app store, payment provider, device platform, or another third party. Please use that provider's account and privacy controls for data it controls.
