This Pricing Policy explains how prices, taxes, subscriptions, discounts, and payment terms are presented for Prabhuji and other Krutyug AI Private Limited products.
The applicable price and billing frequency will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Prices for customers in India are generally displayed in Indian rupees unless another currency is clearly stated. Any compulsory taxes or charges collected by us will be included in the total or disclosed before payment.
Some products or features may be free, promotional, trial-based, one-time purchases, or subscription services. The purchase screen will identify what is included, the applicable period, and any usage limits or product-specific conditions.
If a plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency and price will be disclosed before purchase. You may cancel future renewals using the controls provided in the product or by the app store or payment platform that processed the subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
Applicable taxes and compulsory charges will be displayed as part of, or alongside, the final payable amount. An app store, bank, card issuer, or payment provider may separately apply currency conversion, transaction, or other charges under its own terms.
Discounts, trials, or promotional prices may have eligibility, duration, and redemption conditions. We may change future prices, but a new price will not be charged without the notice or consent required by the applicable purchase channel and law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the transaction details. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Purchases processed by an app store or third party may also be subject to that provider's billing and refund rules.
