Refunds and cancellations

Before you purchase

Pricing, billing frequency, included features, and any product-specific refund or cancellation terms will be displayed before you complete a purchase. Please review those details carefully. Product-specific terms shown at purchase form part of this policy.

When you may request a refund

You may contact us if you were charged more than once for the same transaction, did not receive the paid product or service, experienced a material technical issue that we could not resolve, or believe a refund is required under applicable law. We review each eligible request using the transaction details, product delivery status, usage, and applicable legal requirements.

Digital products and subscriptions

Digital products may be delivered or made available immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility may therefore depend on whether the product has been delivered, accessed, consumed, or used. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

App store and third-party payments

If a purchase was processed by an app store or another third-party payment platform, its refund and cancellation process may apply. You may need to submit the request directly through that platform. We will provide reasonable supporting information where needed.

How to submit a request

Send your request with the purchaser's name, account email or phone number, transaction or order ID, purchase date, amount, payment method, and reason for the request. Do not send full card, bank account, UPI PIN, password, or one-time-password details.

Review and approved refunds

We will acknowledge and review requests within a reasonable period. If approved, a refund will generally be sent to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, app store, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.
