Data Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Krutyug AI Private Limited at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request through any of the following methods:

Option A – In-App (Recommended)

1. Open CricSignal and go to your Profile
2. Tap Settings → Account
3. Select "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm your request — your account will be queued for deletion

Option B – Email Request

Send an email to contact@krutyug.ai with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request – CricSignal". Include your registered email address and full name in the body of the email.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, we will delete:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone if provided)
• Your subscription and billing history records
• Your in-app AI conversation history and queries
• Your app preferences and settings
• Any other personally identifiable information linked to your account

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained even after deletion in the following circumstances:

• Legal compliance: Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws
• Fraud prevention: Anonymized logs may be retained to detect and prevent abuse
• Dispute resolution: Data relevant to an unresolved dispute or legal claim
• Aggregated/anonymized data: Statistical data that cannot identify you personally

5. Processing Timeline

We process data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and verification. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete. During this period, your account may be deactivated to prevent further data collection.
