CricSignal is an AI-powered cricket companion application developed and operated by Krutyug AI Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), incorporated in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CricSignal. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Permitted Use

CricSignal is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the app
• Circumvent any access controls, security measures, or subscription restrictions
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or extract data from the app

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Krutyug AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any decisions, losses, or actions taken based on content provided by the CricSignal AI assistant.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of CricSignal require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, features, and functionality within CricSignal are the exclusive property of Krutyug AI Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krutyug AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use CricSignal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to CricSignal at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of CricSignal after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
