Refund Policy

1. General Refund Eligibility

CricSignal subscriptions are digital services and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we consider refund requests in the following situations:

• You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge
• You did not receive the service you paid for due to a verified technical issue on our end
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date
• The ₹1 trial auto-converted without your awareness due to a system error

2. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after subscribing
• Partial use of a subscription period
• Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or insights (as these are informational and not guaranteed)
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge

4. How to Request a Refund

Via Google Play Store (Recommended)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
2. Go to Menu → Account → Order History
3. Find the CricSignal purchase and tap Request a Refund
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Via Email

Email us at contact@krutyug.ai with the subject "Refund Request – CricSignal". Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Transaction ID or order number
• Date of the charge
• Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Trial Plan Refunds

The ₹1 introductory trial is a paid offer and is non-refundable. However, if you were charged the full subscription amount without completing the trial period due to a system error, please contact us immediately for resolution.
